CountryLink - Definition and Overview

CountryLink is the organisation that operates rural and long-distance passenger rail services in the State of New South Wales, Australia. CountryLink also operates many road coach services, particularly along corridors which were formerly serviced by passenger trains but which have been discontinued on economic grounds. Countrylink is a product group of RailCorp, the State Government owned corporation responsible for operating and maintaining New South Wales' railway network.
