Coup de Grace was a a multimedia project under which Michael Moynihan released recordings and print.
At age 15, Moynihan began making experimental industrial music, some of it power electronics, under the name Coup de Grace. In addition to cassettes and a live performance, booklets of images and texts were released, the last of which was an illustrated edition of Friedrich Nietzsche's Der Antichrist.
In 1989, Moynihan formed the musical entity Blood Axis.
A track of Coup de Grace was featured on the 1997 Men Among Mice CD compilation.
