Croft, Leicestershire - Definition and Overview |

Introduction
Croft is a small village in the district of Blaby in Leicestershire. It is the neighbours of Huncote, Narborough and many other villages. The village is split up into 2 sections, the old and the new.
Education
Residents of Croft go to:
- Croft Primary School (Ages 5-12)
- Brockington Secondary School & Community Colledge (Ages 12-14)
- Lutterworth Grammar School (ages 14-17)
Industry
The village has a industrial estate with offices and manafacturing companies. It also shares a portion of agricultural industry in the area.
Recreation
Croft recently opened a new Park called "Croft Fun Park". There are also a large recreational ground with a tennis court. Local cricket club meetings are also held here, as well as other sporting events.
History
Croft used to be a popular tourist attraction because of many attractions. Visitors could travel by train from many different locations. Fresh, open space and a frozen lake used for skiing.
