Cronos (Stargate) - Definition and Overview

In the science fiction television show Stargate SG-1, the fictional character Cronos is a Goa'uld System Lord. His name is believed to be based on Cronos the Titan in Greek Mythology.

Cronos sent the Ashrak after Jolinar and ordered Teal'c's father to attempt to win a battle that couldn't be won, leading to his death. Cronos was eventually killed by Teal'c in revenge for the latter.
