A DJ big band is a large musical ensemble made of a large number of DJ's. Some of them will play the rhythm, others the melody.

The first and still only known DJ big band is DJ Grazzhoppa's DJ big band formed in 2003. In the first version of that band, they were 6 DJ's and a saxophonist (Fabrizio Cassol. On January 27, 2005, they played La Monnaie with 12 DJ's plus Fabrizio Cassol and singer Monique Harcum from Zap Mama.
