Damn The Machine was a short-lived progressive metal band founded by ex-Megadeth guitarist Chris Poland. They released one self-titled album in 1993 on A&M Records, then broke up shortly after.

Their sound was heavily influenced by Megadeth, with vocalist Dave Clemmons' voice being reasonably in the same ballpark as Dave Mustaine's. However, some of the instrumental progressions seemed heavily inspired by jazz music.
