The Danish Confederation of Trade Unions (Landsorganisationen i Danmark or LO) is an umbrella organisation for Danish trade unions, founded January 3, 1898. The organisation is the largest national trade union confederation in Denmark, its affiliates gathering approximately 1.5 million members, mainly "blue collar" workers.

The Danish Confederation of Trade Unions carries the role of coordinating collective bargaining. It also seeks to influence the government and the political parties when it comes to drafting and implementing legislation, especially in relation to labour market policies. It represents the trade union movement's interests on various boards, commissions and committees

The Danish labour market has a high level of unionisation compared to most other European countries, approximately 85 percent.
