The Dark Eldar are a sinister elvish race in the game Warhammer 40,000. They represent the corruption of elvish beauty, deviating from the search for beauty and peace, rather revelling in piracy and torture.
A squadron of Dark Eldar Warriors They are unique amongst the Warhammer 40,000 races in the sense that they do not occupy many planets, but rather one dark city - Commoragh. They are mainly pirates, though are sometimes used as mercenaries. They are the equivalent of the Warhammer Fantasy Dark Elves.
