The Daughters are a fashioncore outfit form the capital of fashioncore, Providence, formed from the ashes of As the Sun Sets.
Their fans are convinced they play 'grindcore', when in fact they play a very spastic, sloppilly riffed style that could be tabbed for guitarists as 'slide up and down the guitar as fast as possible'.
They have one minute songs titled like 'Flattery is a bunch of fucking bullshit' and 'I don't give a shit about wood, I'm not a chemist'
Despite the fact their two albums comprise only 16 minutes of material, they have a rabid fan base, shown by the squalor of their forum and the fact that a good deal of their fans pride themselves on having 2-3 daughters T shirts and countless buttons, lighters, LP's and other trinkets the band sells.
