David "Dave" Tippett (Born: August 25, 1961 in Moosomin, Saskatchewan, Canada-) is a Canadian former leftwinger and current head coach in the National Hockey League. He has been the head coach of the Dallas Stars since May 21, 2002. He has played for the Hartford Whalers, Washington Capitals, Pittsburgh Penguins and Philadelphia Flyers. Related Links:
