Delfim Moreira (November 7, 1868 - July 1, 1920). Brazilian politician. Born in Minas Gerais state, Moreira was elected vice-president in 1918, but assumed the presidency in November 15, 1918, due to the illness and death of the president Rodrigues Alves. Moreira, was himself, psychologically disturbed, and left his duties to the ministers. Following the constitution, he called elections in 1919, and returned to the vice-presidency until his death.
