Des Moines Hearst-Argyle TV Tower - Definition and Overview

The Des Moines Hearst-Argyle TV Tower is a mast used as a broadcast antenna and it is 2000 ft (609.6 m) tall. It was built in 1974 in the US. Its among the tallest man-made structures to exist along with a number of other tall masts and the Petronius Platform, a mostly submerged oil platform.
