Dick Haymes (born September 13, 1918 in Buenos Aires - died March 29, 1980 in Los Angeles) was one of the most popular male vocalists of the 1940s. He worked in Hollywood on many films throughout the forties and fifties. He was married six times and had six children altogether. His most famous marriages being to film actress Joanne Dru, and the popular star of the forties Rita Hayworth.
