Dimmsdale is a fictional town in the animated series The Fairly OddParents, set in northern California. This is where Timmy Turner, a central character on the TV show, lives. While the show undeniably sets Dimmsdale in the United States, it has no location; time-travel segments/episodes have explored both colonial and Wild West Dimmsdale.
