Dirty Pair is a manga and anime franchise made by the formerlly popular manga-ka Haruka Takachiho.It's most popular "segment" was Dirty Pair the Original (1987) which achieved cult status among anime fans in the US and was very popular in Japan.Another,less popular anime series done by Takachiho and his studio NUE along with Sunrise Studio was called Dirty Pair Flash which was produced in 1992 and '93.Currentlly he is in the process of making Dirty Pair:Legacy Of The Dictator.
The Dirty Pair franchise centers around two 3WA trouble consultancy agents called Kei and Yuri who are known infamouslly throughout the galaxy.The plot is diverse but is usually based off of the two's inability to cope with each other and their bungled up missions.
