District X/Temp - Definition and Overview

District X is a comic book published by Marvel Comics, as of 2004. A police procedural, it is set in New York City's fictional Mutant Town, a de facto ghetto for mutants with extremely low-level superpowers. Although the X-man named Lucas Bishop was originally advertised as the protagonist, he is merely part of a larger ensemble cast.
