Dogpile is a metasearch engine that "fetches" results from About, Ask Jeeves, FindWhat, LookSmart, Google, Teoma, Yahoo! and several other popular search engines.
Dogpile began operating in January of 1996 and became part of the InfoSpace Network (which also owns Metacrawler, Webcrawler and Excite) in 2000.
