Don Touhig - Definition and Overview

James Donnelly Touhig, known as Don Toulhig (born December 5, 1947) is the Welsh Labour and Co-operative member of Parliament for Islwyn, and is a parliamentary secretary at the Wales Office.

He was elected to Parliament in a by-election in 1995, to replace Neil Kinnock, who had resigned. Before entering parliament he had been a journalist, and served on Gwent County Council.
