Donnie Fowler is an American political activist who ran John Kerry's campaign in the state of Michigan, during the presidential election of 2004.

He is the son of former Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairman Donald L. Fowler, and for the DNC Chairmanship himself in February 2005.
