Droids: The Adventures of R2-D2 and C-3PO (September 7, 1985 - June 7, 1986) was an animated television series that featured the exploits of R2-D2 and C-3PO between Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. The famous droid duo faced off against gangsters, pirates, Boba Fett, the Empire and other threats throughout the series.
This show was originally part of the Ewoks and Droids Adventure Hour on ABC and aired from September 1985 to November 1986. The series featured Anthony Daniels as C-3PO, who also portrays the character on the big screen, along with the voice talents of Graeme Campbell, Rob Cowan, Don Francks, Peter MacNeill, John Stocker and Winston Rekert.
