Edmund James Flynn (November 16 1847 - June 7 1927) was the Conservative Premier of the Canadian province of Quebec from 1896 to 1897. This marked the final time that the Conservative party held power in Quebec.
After his term of office, he served as Leader of the Opposition until 1905, and later in life was a judge.
He lost the 1897 election.
