The Elk River is a river, approximately 25 mi (40 km) long, in southwestern Oregon in the United States. It drains a remote area of the Coastal Range into the Pacific Ocean.
It rises in the mountains in northern Curry County, in the Siskyou National Forest. It flows generally west, through the Grassy Knob Wilderness Area, then northwest, approaching the coast north of Port Orford and entering the Pacific between Cape Blanco to the north and The Heads to the south.
