Emiliana Torrini (born 1977) is an Icelandic singer, best known for her worldwide debut album, Love In The Time Of Science.
She released four earlier albums in Iceland, 1994 Spoon, in 1995 Crouçie d'Où La and 1996 Merman.
Her official website describes her music as "uncategorizable".
Emiliana sang "Gollum's Song", the end theme of Peter Jackson's film The Two Towers and wrote Kylie Minogues Slow in 2003
She has an Italian father and an Icelandic mother, with whom she grew up in Iceland.
Emiliana has toured with Moby, Sting, Dido, Travis, Tricky.
