Epworth - Definition and Overview

Epworth is a town in Lincolnshire, England. As the birthplace of John and Charles Wesley (their father was the rector there), it has given its name to many institutions associated with Methodism.

The Isle of Axholme Joint Railway served Epworth: it is now closed altogether.
