Evan Seinfeld (born 29 December, 1972 in Brooklyn, New York) is an actor and bassist.

He is best known for his role as Jaz Hoyt(Prisoner #98H432) on HBO's prison drama Oz and as the bassist and vocalist in the band Biohazard.

He has many tattoos.

He is married to adult film star Tera Patrick.
