Evan Williams - Definition and Overview

Evan Williams is a brand of bourbon whiskey which is distilled and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky at the Heaven Hill facility. It is bottled at an ultra-modern facility where lower-priced brands of Scotch whisky which are imported in bulk are also bottled. It is aged for a minimum of seven years and is said by some to be a relatively high-quality whiskey given the fact that is produced and bottled in fairly large quantities at a relatively modest price.

Evan Williams is also the Australian governor of Christmas Island and the Cocos Islands.
