Extreme Makeover: Home Edition is an ABC reality television series that began broadcasting in 2003 in which a family's house, including all rooms, exterior and landscaping, is made over by a team of builders and designers in seven days. It is a spinoff of Extreme Makeover, a show where an individual is given a makeover.
The show is hosted by carpenter Ty Pennington, formerly from the show Trading Spaces.
