Ezra Brooks is a brand of premium Kentucky bourbon whiskey.
Ezra Brooks is a Kentucky product which has previously been compared by its own print advertising to Jack Daniel's, which is technically not a bourbon at all but rather a largely similar product, Tennessee whiskey. It is still bottled at 90 proof but is no longer distributed in very elaborate bottles resembling decanters. The nature of its aging and the time over which it is aged combine to give it a rich, dark brown color. The taste is considered to be smooth by some connosieurs.
