FAR Manager is a file manager for Win32-based systems and a clone of Norton Commander.  FAR Manager makes use of Win32 consoles.  The Manager's functionality is easily extended with plugins.

Originally, the FAR Manager was written by Eugene Roshal, but now the development is carried on by a team named the FAR Group.

FAR Manager is available for free download (license is unclear).
