FLEX (operating system) - Definition

The FLEX operating system was developed by the company TSC for the Motorola 6800 in the 1970s. It was also later ported to the Motorola 6809

It is a disk based operating system with quite a few programming languages. Later the development lead to the Unix-like UniFLEX system, but this was not really sold.

During the early 1980's, FLEX was offered by compusense ltd as an operating system for the 6809-based Dragon 64 home computer.
