Fair Trade Commission (公正取引委員会; Koō-sei-torihiki-iinnkai) is a commission in the Japanese government responsible for enforcing Antimonopoly Law. The commission is commonly known as Kō-tori (公取) or Kō-tori-i (公取委).
As of 2004, the chairman is Takeshima Kazuhiko.
On July 13, 2004, the commission asked Microsoft to remove a clause which it thinks is hurting activities of Japanese companies getting licenses of Microsoft Windows from Microsoft.
