Farallon de Pajaros (from spanish Farallón de los pájaros, meaning Birds Rock), also known as Uracas (from Spanish Urracas, meaning Ravens), is the westernmost island in the Northern Mariana Islands chain. It is also the westernmost point in the United States if you include Insular areas and exclude International Date Line rules. (If you look at the Pacific Ocean as a whole, Farallon de Pajaros is the westermost point in the United States if you include insular areas. See Extreme Points of the United States for more information.)

Farallon de Pajaros is uninhabited and is located at 20.5N, 144.9E. Its highest point is 1,180 feet (360 m) above sea level. It is 1.2 miles in diameter, and it is a volcanic island that has had many eruptions. Some of its Northern Mariana Islands neighbors include Saipan and Tinian.
