Ferion - Definition and Overview

Ferion is a massively multiplayer turn-based strategy game played using a web browser. Players build empires in an arena by competing over the possession of 5000 planets grouped by five (which can be transformed into ring worlds).

The game in an arena runs for a maximum of 1000 turns. The subscription is free but players can then only complete the smaller scientific researches, to get rid of the tech limit players must buy a key which costs 5 €. The tech limit is such that the player has a good idea if he has a chance of doing well in an arena before he uses a key.

The orders are placed in queues. Players frequently form alliances with others, but a solo victory is possible. The arenas have several categories depending on the previous achievements of the player.

The forums and the rules are translated in several languages but the game is operated in the English language.
