Fever is a 2001, (see 2001 in music) album by Australian singer Kylie Minogue. It is Minogue's eighth album. The record label was: Parlophone / Mushroom / Capitol. It reached #1 on the Australian and most European charts, and sold 1,500,000 copies in the UK, and 7 million world wide. It was followed by the Fever Live Tour. The album is one of Minogue's most successful, and gave her great success throughout the world. It was her first successful album in the US making its debut on the Billboard Albums Chart at number 3. The hit "Can't Get You Out Of My Head" was the most successful song on the album.

There are three different versions of the album cover. The original versions had Minogue wearing white and holding a microphone. This version was distributed to Australia and Europe. When the album was later released in the USA and Asia, the cover had changed to the headshot with the necklace. The cover for the bonus disc edition is similar to the original, but with Kylie wearing a blue PVC costume instead..

The album did very well in the charts reaching number one in over 10 countries and charting in the top five or ten in many others. It reached number one in both the UK and Australia. Its peak at number three on the United States album chart, where it lasted over forty-five weeks on the chart, longer than any other album released the week it was. "Fever" is Minogue's most successful album to date in that market.
