Finding Forrester is a 2000 movie, directed by Gus Van Sant, about a black teenager, Jamal Wallace, who gets accepted into an exceptional high school. He also befriends a secluded writer, William Forrester, played by Sean Connery. He gets accused of plagiarism at his school because he used the words of Mr. Forrester in his essays. In the end, their friendship saves Jamal from expulsion.
