Five-fold ministry - Definition and Overview

The Five-fold Ministry is a system of church government used by some churches. It is based on the Bible passage Ephesians 4:11 and considers that the five ministries listed there are all necessary for good church government. The five ministries are: apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers.
