Flag of Vojvodina is made on base of Serbian flag. In Flag of Serbia, all three colour stripes are of equal width, but in this, blue (middle) field is much wider. Using colours of Serbian flag is marking that Vojvodina is part of Serbia.
It has three yellow stars which are representing: Backa, Banat and Srem, parts of Vojvodina, but also resemble flag of EU, signifying that Vojvodina is European region, and that Vojvodina is hoped to became sometime, as part of Serbia, member of EU.
