An overpass (In UK, India, Hong Kong flyover) is a bridge, road or similar structure that crosses over another road.
In North America, a flyover is a high-level overpass, built above main overpass lanes, or a bridge built over what had been a one-level intersection.
From the railway's point of wiew, the structure in the picture is an underbridge.
