Sir Frank William Brangwyn (May 13, 1867 - June 11, 1956) was a Welsh artist and illustrator. Born in Bruges, Belgium, where a museum of his works can be found, Brangwyn is best known for the British Empire Panels, a work originally intended for the Houses of Parliament at Westminster, but now housed in the Brangwyn Hall, Swansea. He completed a series of mural panels for the chapel of Christ's Hospital.
