Fred Biletnikoff Award - Definition and Overview

The Fred Biletnikoff Award has been presented since 1994 to the nation's top college football wide receiver by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club. It is named in honor of Fred Biletnikoff, who starred at Florida State University before going on to a Hall of Fame career with the Oakland Raiders.
