Freddie Hart (born 1926) is an American country musician. He is best known for his hit song Easy Loving which won the Country Music Association Song of the Year award two years in a row, in 1971 and 1972.

Hart, who was born Fred Segrest, got an early break in his career when singer Carl Smith covered Hart's song Loose Talk.
