From Beirut to Jerusalem is a book written by Thomas L. Friedman chroncling his days as a reporter in Beirut during the Lebanese Civil War and his journey in 1984 from Beirut to Jerusalem to cover unfolding events. The current updated version, published in 1995, includes a new chapter. It has received the National Book Award for nonfiction.
