Constantius Gallus (? - 354 AD) was a cousin of Roman Emperor Constantius II and became Caesar in 351 A.D. .Gallus set residence in Antioch. He ruled the city in such a severe way that people complained to Constantius II, who had him arrested. On the way to his summons he was executed. He was the older brother of later Emperor Julian the Apostate
