Ghazi al-Jabali, the Gaza Strip Chief of Police, appointed by the Palestinian Authority. According to The New York Times, he is local known as Yasser Arafat's "enforcer" in the Gaza Strip, taking both a tough line on Arafat's critics and being corrupt.
