Gluino Gluino

Gluino - Definition and Overview

A gluino is a subatomic particle, the fermion superpartner of the gluon predicted by supersymmetry. Gluinos interact via the strong nuclear force. Gluinos have a lepton number 0, baryon number 0, and spin 1/2. Gluino condensation is one of possible mechanisms underlying supersymmetry breaking.
