Grandia - Definition and Overview

Grandia is a role-playing game series created by Game Arts and SEGA (and later Sony).

Titles

• Grandia (Sega Saturn/Sony PlayStation): The journey of Justin, a young boy who seeks to be a great adventurer and ends up saving the world. Playable characters are: Justin, Sue, Feena, Gadwin, Rapp, Milda, Guido, and Liete.
  Spoiler warning: End of plot or ending details.

• Grandia: Digital Museum (Saturn): not officially a sequel, but a bonus disk, it features a dungeon that Grandia characters must explore. Battles unlock special features such as artwork, music, and storyboards.

• Grandia II (Sega Dreamcast/PC/Sony PlayStation 2): the tale of Ryudo, a Geohound (mercenary) who must protect a sister of Granas from the evil paws of Lord Valmar.

• Grandia Xtreme (PlayStation 2) Focuses on Grandia's battle system.

• Grandia: Parallel Trippers (Nintendo Game Boy): a group of schoolers get lost in the world of Grandia, and must find they way back home with the help of Justin and friends.
