The Guernsey Pound (currency code GGP) is the currency used in Guernsey.

The Guernsey Pound is on par with the Pound Sterling (GBP), used in the United Kingdom. There are 0.543066 Guernsey Pounds per US Dollar and 0.695447 Guernsey Pounds per Euro (as of October 2004).
Where the currency is accepted
You may use the Guernsey Pound, the Pound Sterling, the Jersey Pound and the Scottish Pound in Guernsey. Some shops will also accept euros and you can always exchange other currencies in bureaux de change.
The Guernsey Pound is legal tender only in Guernsey, but also circulates freely in Jersey. You can also exchange it in other places using banks and bureaux de change.
Coinage
Guernsey issues its own coinage in values equivalent to the coinage used in Britain. UK, Jersey and Isle of Man coins are also found in circulation in Guernsey.
