Gulfstream G550 - Definition

The Gulfstream G500 is a private jet aircraft produced by Gulfstream Aerospace, Savannah, Georgia, USA, a General Dynamics company. Preferred by many millionaires worldwide it is considered to be the "king" of private jets due to its reliability, range of 5,800 nautical miles (10,700 km), comfort and design. It flies higher than other private jet, up to 52,000 ft (15,800 m) making every flight smooth and fast (0.885 mach). It costs about $46 million but there is always a long waiting list. The upgrade of this jet has better perfomance and is referred to as the Gulfstream G550.
