Gyeongseong University - Definition

Gyeongseong University (京城大学 경성대학 Gyeongseong Daehak) is a university that existed at Seoul between the end of the Japanese Rule and Oct 15 1946.

History

• Keijo Imperial University was renamed as "Gyeongseong University" after the Period of Japanese Rule.
• Closed on August 22, 1946, by US Military Ordinance No. 102.
