The fourth HMS Valiant was a British Royal Navy ironclad of the Hector class.

She was launched 14 October 1863 at Thames Ironworks, London, and was renamed Indus and assigned for harbour service in 1898. In 1919 she was named Valiant II, and was eventually sold for scrap in 1957.
